At Blue Jax Oilfield, we offer precision manufacturing services like milling, turning, boring, and threading with advanced CNC control capabilities. We work with a wide variety of metals and other materials. Our machines handle aluminum, mild steel, stainless steel, and 4140 / 4330 steel alloys, as well as exotic metals like Inconel, Monel, Kovar, and Hastelloy. In addition to metals, we work with delrin and polycarbonate plastic polymers and rubber. Our fine equipment can mill to a variety of sizes: to lengths up to 40.35 inches, widths up to 60 inches, and heights up to 70 inches, with turning diameters up to 36.22 inches and turning lengths up to 160 inches.
