With powerful, 4 kW inline fiber-optic tube laser cutting systems, we can cut round, square, rectangle material, (including open profiles), up to 6-inch OD, and can handle angled cuts on multiple sides or edges. With a robust operating system, this equipment can create slots, notches, copes and custom hole patterns, either before or after bending.

Multi-Axis System For Complex Shapes

Our multi-axis, 3 kW laser cutting system is built for cutting complex, three-dimensional part profiles. This equipment is ideal for tube laser cutting projects where, because of tolerances required or the location of the cutouts on the tube, parts require additional post-bending operations such as machining or punching. This technology can reduce or eliminate these types of additional steps and cut the cost of consumable tooling. With robotic part handling and dual access loading capabilities, workflow is efficient.

Equipment For Most any Feature

Fiber-optic tube laser cutting is an ideal method for creating shapes or “features” on the body or edges of round, square or rectangular tube or pipe. For medium to high volumes, this technique offers precision, speed and flexibility. Use of a laser also offers the advantage of being able to cut or etch different shapes in metal tube or pipe that would be difficult if not impossible with a traditional vertical mill or drill press.
